Naturally you can taste and purchase all our wines at any time in the castle. We open daily for you from 8 am until 10 pm.
We would also be happy to send your purchases anywhere within Europe with a freight forwarder.

The characteristics of the wines:
Welsch Riesling
Subtle bouquet with a fine apple aroma, muted and usually lightly structured, with racy acidity.
Sauvignon blanc
Grassy, slightly fruity; mostly with stinging nettle, black currant, green pepper, pickled cucumber notes. It is also matured in barrique casks by us, which brings its world class qualities to the fore.
Golden Muscatel
Yellow to golden; musky aroma; strong fruit; specific bouquet of roses or lemons; fresh and an appetite stimulant.
Chardonnay (Morillon)
Elegant, complex aroma; full-bodied with nice acidity; strawberries or vanilla unfold.
Weißer Burgunder – Pinot Blanc
The wine for all occasions; enticing aromas; stimulating and lively.
Blauer Zweigelt
Full, strong, slightly tangy, full-bodied and expressive, lightly acidic.
Schilcher
Dry, fruity, fresh, tangy; strong acidity; strawberry aroma.
Sparkling Wines
Sauvignon blanc
The award winner in the province of Styria; a great representative of fruitiness and body.
Muscatel
Fresh and fruity, lemony; lively and stimulative, the perfect aperitif.
Schilcher Frizzante
Light summer sparkling wine for hot days; fruity and enlivening.
The Brandies
Made of one fruit or grape only, using unblemished products – mostly late harvested – and distilled using the classical methods of first distillation and second distillation. Only the most aromatic and purest parts of the distillation are bottled. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />
THE SORTS: Currently you can select from Grappa made from Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay as well as damson brandy.
The Wine Boutique
In the wine boutique you can find wonderful Sauvignon Blancs, Muscatels and Traminers from many harvests going as far back as the fifties. All of these wines are still in excellent condition. Prices for wines from the boutique are available on request. These wines make the perfect gift for wine lovers!
